Note that while the LED lights of this product can go underwater, the solar panel must remain above water. The solar panel is not waterproof.
Having high protection against dust ingress and being made with plastic and glass, the overall durability is pretty decent. But things could have been even better of the solar panel were more water-resistant.

The water resistance says so much about how durable it is. But while it is pretty durable, it stands the risk of getting punctured since it is an inflatable solar light. So, as long as a sharp, pointy object does not get close to it, it’s all good.

A pack of 4 all go white, blue, green, and red with a 15-second transition period between each color. The bright LED lights are not too bright to irritate your eyes. You could say they give off a soft, bright light.
While you get multiple color options, they have just one illumination mode – the multi-color alternation. So, there isn’t much you can do to customize your lighting experience with this product.
As with most solar pool lights, this product comes on and goes off automatically. This makes for an energy-efficient system you do not have to monitor.
At its simplest, what you are getting is a balloon. Not many things say floatation like balloons, so floating would be no problem.
This product is primed for versatility. Thanks to the inclusion of a hook atop each one of these ball pool lights, you get to use them in various places.

To get a full charge on this product, you must expose it to direct sunlight for around 6 to 8 hours. This makes it on par with pretty much every other solar-powered pool light we reviewed.
More importantly, you should put it on your list of products to consider if you live in a region that doesn’t get a lot of sunlight.
In such areas, you may find it hard to get a full charge even with solar pool light. But then, the fast charging rate of this product gives you a better chance at raking in sufficient solar energy within a short time.

Made with inflatable vinyl, these solar pool lights are seal-tight. So you will not have water seeping in to ruin the water-sensitive components of the product.
Besides its excellent water resistance, this product has decent durability overall. Of course, like any vinyl material, it may fade over time, especially if you expose it to sunlight. But it will take a while before that happens.
One potential downside of this product is that it can get punctured. Since it is inflatable, if sharp, pointed objects get close to it, it may get pierced. Obviously, if it gets punctured, it will lose its ability to inflate, and if it doesn’t inflate, it is pretty much useless.
The bottom line is you should keep sharp, pointed objects away from the inflatable solar lights.
